Being exposed to the British, European, Saudi, Emirati, Qatari and Omani cultures amongst others, has given us a first-hand appreciation and understanding of the cultural sensitivities and differences that define the cultural environment including the subtle nuances that come into play.
For this reason, we are very particular when selecting and screening our candidates for roles, beyond their own shores, checking they have the right mentality and aptitude to respect not only the role but ”CULTURE” and ”DIVERSITY” of a foreign country and the organisational uniqueness.
